MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

 

Michael Pazyniak, CEO

 Michael’s greatest passion is in connecting brands and people through meaningful, educational and inspiring event experiences. Having spent his whole career in events, there isn’t a type of large or complex event that he hasn’t planned, produced, or creatively directed. He leads a team of creatives and producers while also overseeing account management, programming, and creative development. 


Meredith Jacoby SVP, EVENTS

Meredith is an industry-leading executive producer with vast experience leading large, talented teams to execute complex events, marketing campaigns, and activations while overseeing event operations and large teams. She has overseen industry-defining B2B and B2C events for brands such as Yahoo, Google, L’Oreal, the Fresh Air Fund. Meredith ensures that LCW always delivers a smoothly run, brand elevating experience that exceeds client expectations.


Kate Wedekin VP, CREATIVE AND OPERATIONS

Kate has overseen a wide range of events throughout her career, from incentive trips to live performances to multi-day conferences. She excels at bringing a variety of ideas and event elements together to create a cohesive, on-brand experience and has extensive experience in complex project management and execution.


Kyle Henry VP, STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT

Kyle is a dynamic problem solver with a wide range of experience in the events industry, spanning sports and entertainment events such as the NBA & Stanley Cup Playoffs, American Music Awards, and The ESPYS during his time at AEG, to The CIO & CMO Event Series, to now running Strategy and Development for Lighthouse Creative Works. He is enthusiastic about partnering with great brands to offer strategic insight and direction to ensure the goals for each project are met.
