Deliver an annual marketing plan and event that would incentivize Kimberly-Clark’s North American sales team (more than 1,000 people) and reward the company’s top 40 performers.
LCW developed and executed the complete program, including brand identity, promotional website, internal marketing, videos, and a year-long engagement plan.
We designed a six day program at a five-star resort in Maui providing dedicated attendee management, including all communications, travel bookings, ground transportation and onsite 24-hour support for attendees and the company’s senior executives.
Procured, negotiated, and managed directly to the supplier level on most services and products, allowing us to offer the program an additional $100,000 in elevated and additional experiences.
Nearly 100% of participants ranked the program as “excellent” and felt the experience encouraged them to deliver stronger results in the next year. Additionally, nearly 100% of attendees also scored the LCW customer service and support team as “excellent.”
