Introduce the global retailer’s new CEO to employees in Pittsburgh and New York City as well as produce and manage a five-day national sales meeting.

Solution

Our four core teams—marketing and communications, creative services, event planning and multimedia production—worked in concert on every aspect of the meetings.

LCW brought together AEO executives and stakeholders from across departments to develop and streamline a corporate message strategy for the events.

To generate excitement for the annual gathering, we produced a five minute lip-dub video involving more than 1,000 people that got over 1 million YouTube hits.

Collaborated with two different AEO creative departments to create a brand-relevant theme and compelling, cohesive graphics and videos.

Directed an event & production team of more than 50 people, providing complex multimedia production and event planning support for multi-segment event programs.

Outcome

More than 2,000 people were inspired by the diverse programming, including presentations, breakouts, an awards show, and after party across four different venues in two cities, all aligned to the company’s short and long term business objectives.
